| In the distance is the capital city, Male. I couldn't tell if the Hilton guy said population was 100k or 300k. Although everybody spoke English, a lot was still lost in translation. haha. |

| Heaven on earth. Last morning was the calmest morning and we could see clear through with no obstructions (the ripples in the photo are sand, not water). The water was so calm it was hard to believe it is an ocean. |

| We called this our shell sweat shop. Dae and I would rinse out the small condiments containers, then we'd put them out to dry, and then fill them with our (laid out to dry) sand and shells the kids collected. |
