New Adventures in Seattle

We did a couple new things this trip: Block Party in Chinatown (was a bust, lots of 20 and 30 year olds and a deejay, not many things for kids), Pier 62 concert (was fun! We played soccer on their mini turf field and got free Stanley pint cups) and took the water taxi to West Seattle. The ferry was easy and beautiful and pretty cheap - $5.75 each, one way. When we landed at the pier there were tons of crabbers and fisherman on the West Seattle pier which was cool. We then ended up walking 3 miles to Alki Beach when I thought it was supposed to be one. hahah oops. On the plus side, we rented scooters and a Veo bike on the way back which was a blast.

I ordered this new Flipstik for my iPhone and am determined to prove to my family that it works and is a very helpful device. You stick it to things and then you can take selfies. It also acts as a phone kickstand.
