| The West Coast is getting hit with an enormous numbers of fires. While we are thankfully not in immediate danger at this time, the smoke is heavy in all areas we frequent (Seattle and Richland). |

| In-house surgeon! Removing my ganglion cyst. He aspirated this jelly-like substance out of my left wrist which was really cool. I wish I had taken a photo of the jelly. In true Dae form, he went in with no fear and numbed it and then stuck in that huge 18 gauge needle to pull out stuff. It didn't pull out the first couple of tries when he pulled back, and then some stuff came out. Now, finally my wrist has no pain when I bend it and I can do push-ups.....hooray. haha. |

| The only reason I let Dae do it at home is because I had the exact same cyst on my right wrist 20 years ago at UW and they aspirated it out. They had to do it on two separate occasions for it to go away so I knew it was a simple procedure and that it could work, even if it takes a couple tries. It was seriously so nice to get 'surgery' done in the comfort of my own home. |
