Cubing

We probably spent 15-20 hours over two days in Seattle learning how to solve the Rubik's cube. We watched a YouTube video, Christian solved it first (probably took him about 3-4 hours to figure out) and then by the end of the day he was down to about 2 minutes per solve. I was the next member of the family to solve my first time the next day. Olin has managed to solve one time and Babz is still on step 3 out of 7. ha! I can now solve by memory in about 5-8 minutes.

Ballard Saturday market

Sunny Sunday evening

Cloudy Saturday morning. Such a difference in the view!

Golden Gardens Beach again. Our go-tos are now Seattle Bouldering Project and Golden Gardens

Braces off! For now. We're going to wait until the root tips close up a little more on the lateral incisors before putting braces on them.

Making wontons together. Kids loved it!

Olin was extremely perturbed when Dae made this overstuffed wonton and put it on our tray. He even separated it from the rest.

Still enjoy boxes

Our inflatable SUP arrived (1 of 2). Finally, we have some sort of water device!

I took it on its maiden voyage down the Columbia about 1/3 of a mile. I then paddled back up. It was very pleasant!

Haircuts. This time I actually thinned out Christian's top at the roots, rather than just the ends.
