| We had a rare 4 day weekend with not much on the books except a chess tournament (haha) so we asked Puops if she was free to spend the weekend with me and boys (Dae was in LA). We relaxed a lot, napped a lot, ate a mediocre dinner at Whole Foods for $40 (ha!), had Starbucks together, walked around downtown and enjoyed her company!!! |

| Olin's current penmanship. Christian had has similar issues (large handwriting) and his teacher recommended "writing smaller". I extended that advice to Olin this morning and his first entry is already remarkably legible! I will need to snap a photo of new penmanship. |

| Olin's back to back 1st place in 2nd grade! Christian played up in to the 7th-8th grade division because his rating was high and they asked a few players to move up to even out the numbers. He lost his first 3 games and was very discouraged. He rallied back to win the last 2 games. I was proud of him. |
