Summer of '19

Summer of '19 has been great. I thought we'd have all this downtime and nothing to do all day but it hasn't felt that way. We've had just enough trips to not get bored, and the kids have had a good amount of various activities, sports, or camps. I think I actually reached a decent balance this year...for once!

Tiny typer

Ran out of regular seating at Richland chess camp

Chess Camp (round 2. They said this chess camp was ok but they did say they preferred the chess/badminton camp in Bellevue)

Blonde, or at least as blonde as I'm going for now. It turned out a little lighter than I anticipated but I think I'm ok with it for now.

Matching shoes. (His & hers. haha.) We copied Ev per usual.

We love Husky night at the Mariners.

This time Mal & Ev came!

Light link rail was super convenient. BTW Mal is now 5'8". Also, they gave these little Edgar Martinez figurines out at the game. That was fun.

Ali Wong with Dae! Sheng Wang, her opener, was so funny. Ali was funny but no funnier than I was expecting is the best way to put it.

Dad and Grandma Joanne! They spent the week taking in the Seattle sights and we all joined them and squeezed in to the condo Saturday night. :) Was a lot of fun.

In line at Le Panier.

He was working on this tooth (#Q) all weekend. Dae finally tied some floss around it and Olin walked around gently wiggling it for about an hour before he finally pulled it hard enough for it to come out. His first tooth he took out by himself.

Proud! Also we went to the Sounders/Timbers game Sunday night. It was a great and close game and Timbers won 2-1.
