The Unbearable Hotness of Being...

...in Richland. Last week it hit 111 or 113, not sure which, and it has steadily been >100 for weeks. Every errand with the kids ends with me crabby and dripping sweat. I always forget to put my windshield sunshield up so my skin is always burning when it touches the car seat. Kids are a sweaty mess. Tonight soccer was finally canceled by the YMCA due to heat. Yeah!!!

So, more and more, I am leaning toward indoor 'activities'. Like forcing the kids to do flashcards, read, then watch lots of shows....hehehe.

Monique's Pool. My assistant Mayra had us over for homemade enchiladas by her mom. They were SO good.

Tuesday veggie stand loot.

Booty.
That brown smudge on his back is a smudge on my iPhone camera lens. I cannot get it off. It's so annoying because it shows up on all my pictures.

Cool Desert Nights.

Waiting in hot temps for the old car parade. Cool Desert Night it was NOT! This green fan has been such a gem. Thank goodness Danielle gave us the idea.

Kids did a tennis and swim camp at CBRC. They liked tennis a lot!

A nicely lit pic of me and Alaina that Matt took on field day with his real camera.

Dear Olin, would you like some fro-yo to go with your toppings?
