A nice, low key Memorial Day was had where I had an overnighter in Seattle, kids and Dae saw Mission Impossible in the theater, Stacey and Wilson came over to the east side for a day trip and had dinner with us, and we made some falafel and homemade pita which was fun especially to see the pita rise in the oven.

It was a fun day (at least as an observer!). Olin participated in the 4x100 relay, 200m and 400m and about died after pushing himself in the 400m to finish in 1:19. His fastest we had timed him was 1:31 in Portland so he was definitely booking it! His relay team finished third!

We did a LOT and had a great time. Friday night we visited Didi at his job at Tamale Boy. Saturday we went to Pip’s Donuts, and then spent a huge amount of time at IKEA. Then Ev and I went back out to Nordstrom, Kikiro Japanese store, kitchen Kaboodle and Trader Joe’s. Was so fun. We ordered Dove Vivi pizza for dinner and made salad from a bag. Sunday we went to Whole Foods after Saint Simon breakfast. Was so fun!

| This pic is so funny to me. He said he had a good time, he liked the length of camp, and he learned a lot. I loved hearing about the foods they ate, sleeping, bathrooms, activities, downtime, the bus ride. |

| The avulsion fracture (of pelvis) happens when the muscle pulls too hard on the tendon and takes a small piece of bone with it. Most common in teens who do sudden pulling movements like sprinting. |

| Well child visit. His BP was a little low (80/64) so they did a longer blood pressure check and told him to make sure he was WELL hydrated. He is 4’9” and 74 lbs |
