NYC 2023

We went nuts and stayed 5 nights this time (as opposed to our usual 4). It was great and relaxing and our star encounters this year were Adam Sandler (staying at our hotel the entire time) and Jake Gyllenhaal at my Rise Nation workout class.

Finished Tuesday, couldn't even come close the rest of the week!

Cultural experience this time was the Morgan Library - home to a Gutenberg bible and what not!

Joe's Shanghai. We discovered the red bean pancake dessert. It was so delicious, but we had eaten so much we had tons left and we saw two older Chinese ladies next to us talking about our pancake so we asked if they wanted it and they said yes!

E-bike rental in Central Park. We biked for 1 1/2 hours and I don't think my heart rate went up even one beat. lol

Kids had a blast with puo puo, cousins who showed up on the latter half to the week, and Tyson and Meimei on their lake! They said this Real Madrid camp was "really strict" and that all the players were really good and all the players were really nice.

One of the drawbacks to an uncommon car. Flat tire requires towing and putting on new tires. Lucid barely fit on the bed!

July 4 festivities at HHS parking lot. Hilariously small to moderate sized fireworks when Dae had thought he went all out at the fireworks stand!

He installed these blackout blinds quickly and then got to vacuuming. The new room is really coming together at a rapid pace. 

They haven't tried out or made the team yet, but they have been participating in some HHS soccer practices and a car wash today! It was by Winco
