Vegas with Kincaids

We surprised the kids (both of our families), told the kids we were going to Seattle when in reality we had planned and booked a Vegas trip for our two families for 3 nights. The main attractions were the magician Shin Lim, the Cirque du Soleil show "Mystere", and the Kings' Tournament at the Excalibur. The kids were VERY surprised when we all met up at the Kincaid's hotel room. It was so fun! We stayed at the Paris Las Vegas and spend the days swimming (we even rented a cabana since it was cheap), walking the strip a bit, playing in the arcade.

CK's annual track meet. Christian got 3rd place in the 100m, 1st place in the 200m, and 1st place in the 4 x 100 relay! Here he is running the second leg in the relay!

Soccer tryouts for 3 Rivers. He made it back on to his team with Coach Zach and he's very happy about that!

A Smashing Mother's Day

 A successful Mother's Day in every way:

1. 3 mile Fun Run which included a 1 mile Fun Run option for those that desired (Dae)
2. Homemade cassava pancakes (taught Olin how to make them) as well as a box of Le Panier Dae had picked up
3. Costco
4. Washed all 3 cars on the driveway
5. Nap and relaxation
6. Dinner at Wine O'Clock

Got inspired after the plant sale to revitalize my jade. I started by propping up the droopy side with a wooden stick

CK May Crowning, Sagebrush Camp Lutherhaven

May has been nice and busy so far. CK had a May Crowning Day where they dress up in suits. Olin attended Camp Lutherhaven (Coeur d'Alene) for Sagebrush, 2 day overnight camp, and had an absolute blast.
